SMART-AI: Practical Skills for a Digital and Sustainable Future

If you would like to develop digital and AI skills through hands-on learning, international cooperation, and real-world application, SMART-AI provides a structured and practical learning environment. The project brings together training sessions, job-shadowing, and mobility activities focused on concrete business challenges and sustainable approaches.

Through job shadowing activities in Belgrade, direct insight into real working practices and contemporary approaches to digital and sustainable operations is gained. The event in Ulm enables further development of this knowledge through hands-on learning, exchange of experience, and work on concrete challenges in an international context. Furthermore, the acquired knowledge and skills are transferred and expanded through internal and dissemination workshops, allowing a wider group of participants to benefit from the results. In this way, a continuous learning process is established, with effects extending beyond the directly involved participants.
